I haven’t always lived a healthy & balanced lifestyle. There was a time when I felt completely lost — eating foods I knew weren’t serving me, and feeling uninspired to do anything meaningful. I was living with no purpose and no direction.

That all changed when I discovered the CHEK Institute.

In 2024, I was hit with my own health crisis, the pain teacher gave me a visit!

When my son was born, I began experiencing unusual bouts of dizziness and panic attacks. I honestly thought I was on the edge of dying. At the time, I was working three jobs, running on 2–3 coffees a day, training hard and living without a clear dream or a set of values to guide me.

With the help of a CHEK mentor and by applying the CHEK Foundation Principles, I began rebuilding my health from the ground up. Over six months, I focused on healing my physical, mental & emotional bodies and had to learn how to manage stress properly. By living in alignment with my 4 Doctors — Dr. Happiness, Dr. Movement, Dr. Diet, and Dr. Quiet — I slowly stabilised my nervous system, and my symptoms began to fade away.

 

 

This experience completely changed my life.

 

It showed me that true healing isn’t just about exercise or nutrition — it’s about addressing the whole person.

Today, as a CHEK Practitioner (IMS 1, HLC 2), I help people dealing with chronic pain, fatigue, and stress-related conditions to reclaim their energy, live without pain, and rediscover a sense of purpose in life.

My mission is simple:
To help those who are ready to take responsibility for their health, realise their full potential and guide them toward a happy, healthy and pain-free life.
